The instructor Samia Cunningham comes from a long linage of renowned healers. For years, she has traveled the world to receive training and teach many healing techniques. Her research and studies allowed her to combine the use of scientific devices, with Energy healing, to offer a complete and harmonious approach that would help people reach their Optimum health and maintain it. Her focus is to help people experience better health, a deeper connection within themselves and with others. Her teachings and methods embrace and address the whole being.

Sports Injury Therapy
The Yoga teacher and therapist are specialized in non-invasive methods to release stress and tension from the body, promoting the healing of injuries. Healing modalities include teaching breathing and stretching methods.

The use of:
-Light Beam Generator, which helps the body get rid of toxins and relax muscle tissues.
-Infra-red heat lamp, which helps heal and regenerate, damaged tissues
-Chi machine, which moves the lymphatic system
-Nutripuncture is a treatment, which balances the vital currents of the body and restores the body’s energy flow.

Reconnective Healing

Adamantine Health System
This healing modality comes originally from ancient Tibetan teachings. The Adamantine Particles are crystal-like particles of Infinity, which form everything in the Universe, including our body and all our organs. The Adamantine Particles need the proper frequency of Love to work normally. If the flow of love energy is blocked, it produces a lack of harmony which opens ground for illness. The object of this health system is to restore balance to the body's energy flow through light touch on specific Energy Centers in the body.

Lymphatic Therapy
This is your key to health and beauty. The Lymph system, is a vital circulatory system, critical to managing the elimination of toxins from our body and it is the body's primary immune defense and waste eliminator system. The lymphatic system is primarily responsible for carrying disease fighting material to cells attacked by germs, transporting the dead germs away, and supplying protein-rich plasma fluid back to the heart. When this system is blocked, we become defenseless against attacks by virus, fungus, and bacteria.

The solution is the lymphatic therapy with LBG. The LBG is a non-invasive technology using extremely low and negatively charged light photons providing compatible frequencies to the blocked area resulting in cells correcting their out of balance condition and dissociating themselves from the binding agent responsible for the swelling and blockage. Breathing Right Workshop
The Power of Reconnecting to Your Own Breathing Rhythm. The first thing we do at birth is inhale and the last thing we do as we leave this plane of existence is exhale. In between, we try to catch our breath, having lost our natural breathing rhythm, due to stress, traumas of all sorts, and environmental challenges.

When we watch a baby breathe, we experience the ease of breath; the belly softly goes up and down, gently as if moved by an in coming and out going wave. The breath flows through the body effortlessly.

Reconnecting to your own breathing rhythm is about reconnecting to your inner flow of life, learning to let go, and to relax within your breath. Breathing is essential to life.
