Yoga

The yoga studio is a beautiful wood structure with an open air ambiance set in the heart of the rainforest. Various bodies of water flow in close proximity to the studio providing a natural symphony. Temazcal

This unique procedure is firmly based on ancient Mesoamerican rituals. In short it is a pre-Hispanic bath ritual. The experience serves as a spiritual and physical cleansing. The resident Shaman combines techniques of massage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, chanting, visualization, and meditation to provide a state of relaxation, heightened awareness and overall wellbeing. Your body will be detoxified and purified, offering beneficial effects on the digestive and nervous system. You will be able to alleviate osseous pains, muscle aches and other systemic afflictions
