Location and Driving Directions

Samasati Nature Retreat is located 130 miles south of our capitol. Upon leaving our main international airport, take the Pan American HWY. Turn left at the stop light onto route 3. Continue on to the tunnel that opens into Braulio Carillo. Continue on 56 miles to Limon and follow the signs to Cahuita. Right after Cahuita National Park, 4 miles before Puerto Viejo, you will see a large sign leading to "Samasati Nature Retreat" down a side road. The entrance gate and reception area is about 800 meters from the main road. From the reception, they will transport you with 4x4 vehicles up the hill your accommodations.
