Whale’s Tail Club

This unique gastronomic experience offers guests a gourmet meal to remember. All dishes are prepared with fresh, organic, locally grown ingredients. Everything from the fruits, produce, grass-fed meats and poultry, seafood and whole grains upholds this standard. Whale’s Tail Club offers an unusual tasting-menu style service that allows guests to order traditional 4 course meals, family-style tapas and/or shared small dishes. Savor creative tropical cuisine in an al fresco atmosphere that enhances the entire experience tenfold. Be sure to order something from the restaurant’s fine collection of vodkas, tequilas and exclusive wines from boutique wineries in Chile and Argentina. Or perhaps you would like one of their signature cocktails such as the basil-strawberry Mojito or creamy coconut rose liqueur concoction known as Rosebud.
