Hotel Presidente is situated conveniently in the heart of downtown San Jose. The pedestrian boulevard runs directly in front of the hotel. A mere 20 minutes from our International airport, Hotel Presidente sits on the corner of Central Avenue and 7th street, about 3 blocks from the National theater, near the Mas por Menos grocery store and across the street from the Balmoral Hotel. Most likely if you are on foot you will see the sign and balcony of News Cafe first. This restaurant covers the front of the hotel.
