Day Activities

The Ocotal Beach is a secluded area where you can walk along this short stretch of sand. You can also explore the beach on horseback. Swimming at Playa Ocotal is safe and the water has an average temperature of 77º F to 84º F (25º C to 29º C).

At the main restaurant there is a deck for you to take in the view of the Gulf of Papagayo (Golfo de Papagayo). There is another deck at the hotel from which you can take pictures or admire the landscape.
