Open your senses to a unique experience and indulge yourself when tasting the flavor of the different recipes at Acuarelas. While you are dining, enjoy the spectacular view of the volcano from any of the tables at the exclusive restaurant. The restaurant provides an elegant atmosphere; with a background of instrumental music and the sweet humming sound of the birds, and of course, the international dishes that the chef will prepare with great skill and delicacy. The menu offers national and international dishes, as well as a fabulous wine list and their delicious drinks that you will enjoy in a casual and peaceful atmosphere. There is a seating capacity for 190 people. Individuals not staying at the hotel that decide to visit the restaurant will also have the ability to use the facilities without charge. Reservations are recommended during high season. Private Events can be held on the premises.

This modest yet charming wet bar serves up a delicious array of snacks including salads, soups and sandwiches. There is a seating capacity for 10 individuals around the bar. The beverage list boasts numerous cocktails, but there are also national beers and hard liquors in stock. Enjoy a cool drink while admiring the nearby volcanic peak.
