The restaurant at Makanda by the Sea Hotel offers the finest seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetables. Most of the meals are prepared on the grill and all dishes are accented with fresh herbs and spices from the botanical gardens. At night, you can enjoy an adult environment with fine dining by the pool, with an ocean view and a beautiful jungle setting. Reservations are recommended for dinner. The local chefs create exciting meals bringing new flavor to Manuel Antonio. You can also seat by the pool, enjoy some of the drink specials, and treat yourself to appetizers and snacks.
