Macondo Hotel Restaurant

When you depart from the Juan Santamaria Airport get on the Pan American HWY and head south. You will pass a toll booth and a “Tres Rios” exit, do not take this exit; continue driving up the hill. You will arrive at the Cerro de la Muerte pass, after passing it continue driving through San Isidro and Palmar Norte until you reach Rio Claro, where you will turn off towards Golfito. When you reach Golfito you can take a boat (20 minutes) or a taxi (1.5 hours) over to Zancudo. The hotel is located in the center of town.
