This restaurant specializes in freshly cooked international cuisine combined with a hint of the tropics. While Lapa Rios does not employ a classically trained chef they are proud of their staff of seven local men who have learned the art of cooking under the tutelage of an experienced food manager. The restaurant offers a wide variety of seasonal and organic foods with an emphasis on freshness and also features a wide selection of international wines to compliment the meals. The basic menu consists of poultry, red meat, tropical fruits and herbs. Brisa Azul also serves vegetarian dishes and snacks such as sandwiches and hamburgers.

The Lapapalapa bar offers a diverse list of wines, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, cocktails, soft drinks and national beers. Different types of wines are included on this list such as Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Merlot.
