The Great Waltini’s Chef has created a menu that will undoubtedly give you a taste of something new and delicious. Get your pick from this “Great Fusion of the Americas” which combines California fresh, Gulf coast Cajun and New England sea food with Latin American variety and Costa Rican specialties.

The menu offers dishes such as Seafood enchiladas, Fried California calamari, Fried artichoke hearts with dipping sauce, Creamy home made lobster bisque, Maryland blue crab and prawn cakes, Chicken piccata, Roasted Long Island duckling, St. Louis style pork ribs with BBQ sauce, Grilled pork chop, 10oz New York strip prepared New Orleans’ style and 12oz charbroiled ribeye steak; all of these seem to be excellent choices! Breakfast is served from 07:00-09:00 a.m. and dinner from 05:30-08:30 p.m.

The bar is open until 10:00 p.m. but with willingness to stay longer if any of the guests need to quench their thirst, or continue enjoying the great tasting blended rum and fruit cocktails, Margaritas or a Siberian made with ice cream and chocolate.
