Arenal Springs Resort is located 7kms from La Fortuna on the road to the Arenal Volcano national park's entrance and 2.5 kms before getting to Tabacon hot water springs. The 80 room project currently has 40 junior suits. Each room consists of two queen or 2 king size beds with a rollaway bed, a silent air conditioner, fan, cable TV, safe deposit box, mini bar and a telephone for national or international calls. There are also private bathrooms in each room with hot water, hair dryer and a relaxing interior garden and includes toiletries and bathroom amenities. Each room has a terrace with chairs for amazing volcano views in every room.

Each building block at Arenal Springs Resort has two wheelchair accessible rooms and two connecting rooms. The hotel has been intelligently designed to keep accessibility as a premium. Parking for the handicapped accessible rooms is right beside the door, giving anyone with limited mobility the minimum distance from car to room. In the future the whole project will be joined together by ramps and corridors and will not have stairs or steps to hinder transportation. A cane sugar processing plant or 'trapiche' will also be opened for you to learn about the process of extracting the sugar and sweets from the wild cane grass. Each block of buildings is separated from one another by shrubbery, trees and vegetation native to the area. An added bonus for guests is the way that no room has windows facing the buildings in back, so the volcano and stars may be viewed uninterrupted by glare from windows. There is also be a butterfly garden and the Arenal Springs hotel is surrounded by creeks that freshen the warm climate of La Fortuna. The hotel is located 600 meters from the main road for tranquility and there will be a guard posted at the entrance for instructions and added security.
