The restaurant at the Arenal Observatory Lodge features walls of windows opening onto views of the volcano and the lake Arenal. The chefs prepare a variety of continental and Costa Rican cuisine, with emphasis on fresh local fruits and vegetables, as well as locally raised beef and poultry. The Arenal Observatory Lodge gives you the opportunity to eat the fish you caught. So go on a fishing trip and catch the best one you can find at the lake, and come back to the hotel’s restaurant so they can prepare it for you. The chef will make sure to make a delicious meal out of it just for you.
