Potrero Grande sits close to the Nicaraguan border and is more commonly known as Ollie’s point. Surfers enjoy the rapid, hollow, right point breaks. These waves are best surfed at high tide. The horizon boasts a grassy background and clear waters. Potrero Grande is accessible only via boat. Crowds are not a common thing in this area and camping is a wonderful experience here. Camp out under the clear sky and fresh ocean air.
