The adventure begins with a transfer from Manuel Antonio/Quepos to Perez Zeledon. Following a Tico breakfast, drive east to El Llano, a small community amid mountains where our whitewater adventure will begin. The staff will gear you up and brief you on safety procedures prior to rafting continuous class III and IV rapids on the Division River. Continue through a remote canyon section, surrounded by impressive views. After an hour of class IV rapids stop at Finca 13 Millas for a typical lunch and a tour of the farm. Arrive at Rafiki Lodge, you will be hosted by a South African family that runs the place and sleep in luxury safari tents. On the 2nd day tackle rapids like Come Gringos, Rio Blanco and Malibu, paddling for about 12 miles of fabulous whitewater and great views. Stop for lunch on the riverbank. La Boca del Diablo rapid awaits to challenge you. Continue the descent, running class II and III rapids all the way down to the take out, where transport will drive you to Manuel Antonio.
