| This unique rainforest experience will begin driving up the mountains between Barva and Irazu Volcanoes until you reach the Caribbean slopes, where the Rain Forest Aerial Tram is located. The course of the suspended gondolas is very secure and quiet; this allows you to listen to the many different sounds of the rainforest. Combine these jungle sounds with the high humidity and you will feel that you are part of this jungle exploration. The experienced staff will show you all the interactions of the tropical forest, from the forest floor to the treetops. Besides getting a bird's eye view of this incredibly diverse lush domain of nature you can enjoy a low impact 45 minute walking tour along paved trails with a trained Nature Guide. This path is designed to make it possible for wheel chairs to use and is a unique opportunity to take a hike through the wet forest without getting muddy. |
