| The azure waters surrounding the Osa are ideal for whale and dolphin watching, especially the clear, deep blue water offshore. The most common species in this area include Humpback Whales, Bottlenose and Spotted Dolphins as well as many other rare species of marine mammals. Dolphins and whales are known for the charming antics, jumps and flips; come watch these beautiful creatures perform in front of your eyes. Although sightings cannot be guaranteed, they are frequent in these waters. Dolphin sightings are more common as they live in this area; whales tend to visit from December to April and from July to October. Full day tour including Caņo Island $ 90 per person. |
