Head to the restaurant where you will have a fresh home cooked meal. After breakfast, explore the lower part of the private farm, ride to the highland coffee plantage (1000 acres). Here you will hear an explanation about Costa Rican coffee. Next stop cafessa, this little mountain village high in the mountains where the people who work in the lumber plantage (cypress) unique here is a 120 year old church built by the great, great grand father of the owner of the farm. You will explore a little the cypress plantage.
