| On this particular tour you’ll travel through the tropical cloud forest of La Fortuna, conveniently located between the town of La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano, where you’ll enjoy the vast flora and fauna in their natural habitat. Enjoy the most unforgettable tour that the Arenal Volcano area has to offer while riding an ATV, going through banana, papaya, yucca (cassava), avocado, black pepper and fruit tree plantations. Also the tour will take you to a beautiful natural swimming hole where you can swim and cool off. Then to an amazing look out point where you will enjoy the spectacular view of the most beautiful waterfall in the area. Then continue the trip to a unique and impressive Butterfly Farm where you will observe a variety of butterflies and their life cycle in a nature habitat, you will also enjoy the exhibit on the farming of the Agouti Pocas (known as Tepezcuintles) which help reproduce local species in danger of extinction. And remember the ominous presence of the Arenal Volcano following you throughout the trip. Each ATV holds 2 people. |

Notes: Tour Includes: Round-trip transportation from most La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano Hotels, All Terrain Four-Wheel Vehicles (ATV`s), fully equipped, safety helmets, experienced bilingual guides, terrific local snacks during the tour. There is an additional $45 fee for pick ups at Arenal Lodge and Lost Iguana, $60 for pick ups at Arenal Observatory Lodge, $75 for pick ups at La Mansion Arenal Inn and $90 for pick ups at Villa Blanca. What to Bring: Comfortable/active clothing, bathing suit and towel, sneakers or water shoes, insect repellent and camera. Requirements: - People over 16 years old can drive their own ATV. - Children 2-15 years old only under parental supervision.
