You will start this gold mining adventure by setting up a sluice in the river, and then the shoveling and panning begins. You are guaranteed to take any gold home, that you find yourself. Your choice here would be the gold fever, or pan for an hour or so and then get a guided hike tour some beautiful waterfalls nearby. You will see and learn how the gold is separated from the rocks and sand, and then you get to keep whatever you find. Later you stop at a little lodge for lemonade before heading into town to look and buy gold nuggets of all sizes, if you like. Transportation will awaits you for your ride back.
