You will be driven in the direction of Carrillo and Estrada. The 15-minute drive will allow you to see one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica, the desert white sand of Carrillo Beach with its rows of coconut palms is an impressive site. Passing the spectacular beach and a few typical Costa Rican villages, the horses will carry you to the spot where you will begin the climb to reach the waterfall. The horses will climb through lush vegetation, until you will reach the second level of the waterfall. There you will see a 30-foot waterfall, which has a natural pool 46 feet in diameter, where you can swim and enjoy the fresh water.
