Nosara Beach Costa Rica
Nosara is a gorgeous pallid sand shore that is lush with vegetation. This beach is located in the Guanacaste province, about 140 miles west of San Jose and forms part of the Ostinal Wildlife Refuge. Nosara Beach is famous for its abundant wildlife; you will be entertained by parrots, monkeys, toucans and armadillos. This is a great location for bird watching. Nosara is part of a chain of connected beaches and happens to be the hardest one to access. Difficult access also lends a certain charm to this breathtaking hidden piece of paradise. The landscape boasts incredible tropical forests, estuaries and mangrove swamps, among other varied ecological environments.
